Absolutely Not! Your valid email address is required when submitting an order. This is for communication purposes regarding your order. We WILL NOT add you to a mailing list when placing an order or by emailing us.

6. Can I place orders over the phone or by mail?

7. Can I fax credit card or check orders?
You can fax or mail credit card orders to us. The benefit of faxing your order is time. Check orders, cashier checks and money orders must be mailed.

8. Can I place an order with a cashiers check or money order?
Yes, but they must be mailed to us. There is a $25 (non-refundable) NSF fee on returned checks.

9. What are your average shipping costs?
Average ground shipping averages $7-$10. We allow $5 OFF discount for shipping allowance on orders of $100+. International and US orders requiring customs are not accepted. Some rush charges could be higher than reflected by cart during checkout (you will be notified if higher).

Business hours are 9-5 CDT M-F. We generally respond to all customer service inquiries within 1 business day. Be sure to review our Return Policy before you Request a Return Authorization.

11. When will I receive my order once placed?
Overnight Rush Shipments
We make every attempt to ship overnight orders within 1 business day after receipt of payment during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM central time. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders received after 1 PM central time are processed the following business day.

Regular Shipments
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment during regular business hours. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please, allow up to 5-7 business days in-transit for standard ground shipments after funds are received. We always use the quickest form of shipment (UPS, FedEx, USPS) whenever possible.

12. Why didn't my order ship immediately after placing it?
We must receive payment before orders can be released. Paid orders generally ship within 2 business days after receipt.

13. Receipt of Payment Defined.
Receipt of Payment for Credit Card Orders
Receipt of payment is immediate with online credit card transactions. No COD or international orders accepted.

Receipt of Payment for Mailed Check Orders, Cashier Checks, or Money Orders
Allow 3-5 business days for your mailed check to arrive in the mail to us. Receipt of payment is generally an additional 7-10 business days for your funds to clear our bank as paid. Your order is shipped once your funds have cleared our bank as paid. There is a $25 (non-refundable) NSF fee on returned checks. No COD orders accepted. Note: Please pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal or Google Checkout to avoid payment receipt delays.
